Continued personal support up to the birth and in those first few weeks

A one hour postnatal support visit at home (private), a social meet up with the babies and midwife Hannah or midwife Rachel present (group) or a postnatal support video call (online).
KG HYPNOBIRTHING REFRESHER CLASS
This refresher class is for mums who've used hypnobirthing for a previous birth or any pregnant women who've completed KGH earlier in their pregnancy and want a refresher prior to giving birth.
